Münstermann welcomed four new apprentices as metalworkers at the start of their training. After a joint breakfast with the entire apprentice team, the new colleagues began their first day of work, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter in their lives.

As part of the JAS Ostbevern project days, nine students visited Münstermann on July 14th and 15th. Together with our trainees, they built a metal table and gained exciting insights into metalworking, craftsmanship, and everyday training.

By participating in Eurosatory and the German Defense Technology Exhibition (WTA), Münstermann presented production solutions for the defense industry. The focus was on thermal process technology, process automation, and personal exchange with companies in the sector.

At IFAT 2026 in Munich, Münstermann presented solutions for industrial air pollution control. The focus was on filter and flue gas cleaning systems for the combustion, recycling, and process industries.

At WindEurope 2026 in Madrid, Münstermann presented plant solutions for the cable industry. The focus was on systems for cable handling, turntables and degassing applications in the context of international energy and infrastructure projects.

Gaining distance from day-to-day business, adopting new perspectives and working together on key issues: In Münster, Münstermann's group leaders and deputy department heads came together for an intensive workshop to further develop their collaboration in a targeted manner.

The ECO-iL-DRY research project marks the start of a three-year development initiative aimed at significantly increasing the efficiency of drying battery films. Funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) through the Climate and Transformation Fund, a strong consortium is developing an intelligent laser hybrid process. Münstermann is responsible for the development and construction of the dryer.

Münstermann is one of the most important suppliers to the mineral wool industry – and this was confirmed once again at this year's Global Insulation Conference. At the event in Baveno (November 19–20, 2025), Münstermann received two awards: the Global Insulation Technical Award for its electric hardening furnaces and the Global Insulation Personality of the Year Award for Christian Hautkappe.
