Conscious time out for key issues

For two days, Münstermann's second management level deliberately left their usual work environment and met – divided into two groups – at Gut Havichhorst in Münster. The focus was on their own leadership role as well as key questions surrounding collaboration, responsibility, and decision-making.

In a dynamic, technology-driven environment, this targeted reflection is an important building block for an organization to remain successful in the long term and to meet increasing demands.

New perspectives through open dialogue

A key component of the workshop was the intensive exchange across departmental boundaries. Different experiences and perspectives were brought together, discussed, and collaboratively developed. Practical methods helped to derive concrete approaches for everyday leadership. This generated ideas that can be directly applied to daily work and further strengthen collaboration within the company.

Continuity as a success factor

The workshop is part of a regularly held program at Münstermann designed to systematically promote the development of the company's leadership culture. This process is supported by an experienced coach who has been working with the company for many years.

Through this continuous collaboration, existing approaches are further developed in a targeted manner and new impulses are sustainably integrated into structures and processes.

Joint further development of the organization

For Münstermann, targeted work on leadership and collaboration is a key success factor. It contributes to making internal processes efficient while simultaneously securing the foundation for quality, reliability, and innovation.

The workshop in Münster once again demonstrated how valuable regular exchange is in order to work together on the further development of the organization and to actively shape the leadership culture.
