For a steel recycling plant in Duisburg, Münstermann developed a dust extraction system for separating the finest particles from a combustion chamber – as a turnkey complete solution with guaranteed emission performance.

For the production of drive components, Münstermann implemented a highly automated secondary cooling line for the controlled cooling of heavy cast parts. The system combines precise temperature control, efficient airflow, and a robust conveyor system over a total length of more than 100 meters.

For Wienerberger's roof tile production, Münstermann implemented an automated driving or sliding platform with a drop-off carriage – including control, cornering and production monitoring.

For Wienerberger's brickworks in Kirchkimmen, Münstermann implemented a new transfer platform for automated kiln car handling – including TOW loading, safety laser scanner and hydraulic docking device.

A belt dryer was delivered, enabling drying trials under real production conditions. The combination of convective and IR drying allows for flexible testing and comparison of different processes.

Three energy-efficient steel belt dryers replace existing systems for drying stainless steel belts and reduce the energy consumption of the production lines.
